The founder of EA Planning Services Ltd is Emmanuel Allanah a Chartered Town Planner and Economic Development Practitioner. Emmanuel Allanah has been practicing since 1988 having completed his Master degree in Urban Development Planning at the University College London, Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning at the Westminster University London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Development and BSc (Hons) in Sociology from London Metropolitan University.
His town planning and economic development practice over the decades include his professional career development from the post of a planning officer to principal planning officer providing professional planning services through different local planning authorities in England. His practical work experience include planning advise on community engagement for planning policy development, development management involving high profile major residential and commercial schemes, mixed use development, environmental impact assessment, attending and presenting range of planning appeals statement and evidence as an expert witness, including coordinating range of different consultants through client’s projects to secure planning solutions.
As a chair of development planning committee to a leading Housing Association at North East London during early 1990s provided opportunity along with members of his management committee to be invited to South Africa to provide development framework for the setting of mechanism for the provision of social housing.
